Hi folks,
I've been using CDex for a very long time to rip my audio to mp3's. However, the other day it took over an hour to rip a perfectly clean Eagles CD onto my laptop. I've changed all of the read/write options in the CD-rom options tab, but it still takes much longer than I would like. So, I'm now seeking oppinions for the best ripper; which is the quickest? Which supports mp3 and ogg natively? What would be the advantages of using something like Winamp Pro over EZCDDA Extractor, etc? The laptop I'm using is a Dell Latitude C600 with a Dell 24x CDRW/DVD-ROM combo drive.
Thanks for any assistance,
Steve
