There's a program you can get called quickmx that's supposed to help with
your last question.  As for the file names, I'm not sure what to do to
change that.
  If you want the program though, you could go to google.com, and type the
word quickmx in the search field, and that should be the first thing you
find.
  However, if you're using the latest version, there isn't a version
available for that yet, so you'd need to temporarily downgrade to 3.31.
