Hi Azhar. CDEX is a free, easy to use program that works well with all screen readers. It can rip tracks from CD's and convert them to WAV or MP3, it can convert WAV files on your hard drive to MP3 and vice versa and it can also record from an external source such as cassette player, etc.
It uses a CDDB to get all of the artist and track titles.
