Hi Hank, Well, first, I'll start with the drag and drop command. It's: control plus insert plus num pad slash, which is the left mouse button.
I believe you have to select the files you want copied. Then you use the drag and drop command. This will actually "drop" the files where they should be. I'm not that great at explaining this.
