Hi Russell,
If I'm not mistaken, the female voice is "Donna",
and the male voice is "Craig".
The older voice, isProbably "Paul".
Yes the NOAA, is using these voices nationwide.
In their station ID, they used to say,"noaa weather radio", now it
says,"noaa all hazards radio".
At least that is what it says in my area,(Ohio).
Does it say the same in your area?
