Hi Roger, Iwas just at, www.freedomscientific.com last night, and I was looking through the technical service notes, and this problem was addressed. Once you get to the website, you need to go to support, find the combo box where you can choose the product your interested in. once you get to that page,there is another combo box to choose the topic of interest.
