hi listers I need some help and advice, about recording a cd. I need to make a demo cd, but the cd recorder witch is a stand alone player that connects to my mixer is not accessible to me it is all digital. well I need to make several demo's and I am stuck at the moment, because I do not know what to do. the guy at SAM ash said that there is no stand alone cd recorder that a blind person could use, but I think he is wrong, but in the same conversation he suggested sound forge he said I could hook it up to my mixer and it would record the demo and then let me edit it and divide the tracks and all of that. I have gold wave I have never used it but does it do the same thing or sound forge is a bit better. I am looking for either a good recording program that would let me record, divide the mix in to tracks and this program should be easy to use because I am not that good with computers. if no one could suggest a good recording program then can some one suggest a good stand alone cd recorder that I could use that would let me record a cd and divide the tracks. thanks so much, I really need help on this.
