Could just be some spyware vermin you picked up at a download page. It's everywhere, including the Windows Update page! Try running your spyware removal tool; see if that doesn't get rid of the "click on me" icon.

sorry, but cdrwin never put anithing on the system tray, so it's probably another program that causes you this messages.
