computer sequencing packages that work with Window-eyes

Hi listers,
    I was wondering if Cakewalk was accessible with Window-eyes and is it hard to load 
soundfonts in to Cakewalk to write songs? Is there a better software package for 
songwriting and playing soundfonts and other samples from the internet? Thanks
