Hi all, my wife purchased an mp3 player which she returned in the end. as part of the software musicmatch jukebox was installed. i am now trying to remove this software and having difficulty. 1. went into add/remove and removed it from there. it told me that it was successfully removed but i can still see it showing up in add/remove. 2. went into my c drive and into programme files and tried removing the file musicmatch from my cdrive. it told me that removing this could cause some programmes not to work, i went ahead and it told me the file could not be removed.
any ideas? i can't actually play a file in windows media player because this music match jukebox keeps coming up.
