Hi Tom. Ok, that rings a bell. I think there's some dialogue floating around in IE that you can only get to with the JAWS cursor. Once you get to this dialogue, you can click on one of the controls to get rid of that thing. Sorry I can't be more specific but it's been a long time since I fell into that one.
