Well if it can be saved, then you do it by right
clicking over the link or shift f10 which is the same
thing, and choose save as or save target as from the
context menu. If it's a live stream though, all you'll
save is the playlist, you won't be saving the actual
streamed material, for that you'll need total
recorder, gold wave or another sound editor.
