Chuck: The way that Richard suggested will work. But here's another way that's even quicker; first, go to the file you wish to send (do not hit enter) then go to your file menu, arrow down to where it'll say something like "send to sub-menu", right arrow over to open the submenu..then..arrow down until you hear "mail Recipiant." At this point, hit "enter"..your email program should open up; just type in where you want to send it, tab to subject (actually I believe the subject may already be there)..if not..type it in. Tab to the body; you can then put in whatever message you want to put in..and then..let her go. Hope this helps.
