Tim, I am a GoldWave user, and I've, been there and done that, in respect to removing vocals. You can't remove vocals completely, and when you try, it most certainly affects the music. Your wrong. You sort of can. Now, I'm not a goldwave user but a while back some one did a demo of goldwave for ACB Radio and that was one of the things he did in the demo. Just do a search for goldwave in the mainmenu archives and it's there.
