Oh, boy! I can't answer that one,
Marty, because I never added files after
burning a CD. I used to fill them
beyond the capacity point, and maybe
that is why my earlier discs got
read/write errors and some tracks would
not play anymore. However, in the past
three or four months, I have decided not
to try to fill every little space, and
so, I just set up how many selections I
want in a folder and when I reach that
goal, I burn it, even if the folder may
have 60 pieces by one artists I want all
together and I decided I don't want to
add more to it. YOu might think it is a
waste, but my folders vary now, and it
makes things a bit easier for me. Oh,
hey, congratulations on finally getting
a burner. I don't know how to use Nero
Express, but I use Nero Burning Rom.
You'll get the hang of it in time.
Don't give up. You'll get it. NOw you
won't have to have someone else back up
your mp3's for you. It's about time!
One thing I must tell you since you have
an older system, like me: your burner
may be fast, so if you can, when you
burn a folder of mp3's, please slow the
burner speed down. This way, you won't
burn coasters. One a CD is coasted, you
cannot save it or use it again. And,
CDR's only burn once. NO more. Don't
skimp on the money for the blanks; buy
the best that will hold your stuff for a
long time. Don't be like your friend.
Music is too valuable to risk on
inferior discs, and so are your
programs, if you ever have to back up
your system.

Regards and berst wishes,
Mimi (Marie)
