If Sibelius has something to do with midi music then it is audio 
related.  And Mac, let me remind you that I am the one and only 
moderator on this list.  No one besides myself should be declaring who 
is or is not on topic.  If you feel a thread is off topic then contact 
me privately about it.

I don't claim to know anything about midifuls or anything; I was under

impression that Sibelius was a music notation software, created by

Pinto, for Dancing Dots Corp. .  I agree that it is PC related, so I 
guess
that you could say that it is PC Audio related.  I was only trying to 
lead
this fellow in the direction of Midi Mag, because I thought that he 
would
get more answers, there.  Any other suggestions would be appreciated,

him, I am sure, but I can't speak for him.
