Hi Don and thanks for writing. To be honest, before the quality deteriorated, I had attempted to turn the screw which was located at the base. Perhaps I've damaged it in there also, as the screw was hard to feel. I've written to the company so fingers crossed. Perhaps they will have a look at it for me.
