Russell,
All you have to do is call C Crain on their 800 number, and ask for the
tapes, and they will be glad to send them to you free of charge. If any
blind person orders products from this company, especially the C Crain
Plus radio and the Versa Corder, just let them know you are visually
impaired, and to please include the taped manuals with the order, and
they will do so.
