I'm looking for a software or hardware solution, if software preferably something with very little CPU utilization (ie. a standalone app, not a full blown sequencing program) that can quantize incoming MIDI notes in real-time.
For example, somebody playing a keyboard MIDI controller would have their notes quantized to quarter notes at 140bpm and those notes would then trigger a synth. Anyone know of a solution?
