It's up to you, Gary, really it is. If the added functionality of SF with its plug-in add-on DirectX capability is what you need, then I guess you've got to take the plunge, but honestly, I was very disappointed in the 5-to-6 and then again the 6-to-7 upgrades. Editing hasn't changed any, only special effects and some parts of the interface I can't even dream about accessing, things like drawing fade point forms, oddbal equalizations, that sort of thing, enhancements though they may be, are inaccessible to guys like you and me.
