You have to find your contact list by control tabbing and routing your mouse pointer to PC, it won't tell you what tab your on so you have to go through them till you find your list, then you use the mouse keys to look through the list there. Use the page down key to scroll it down another screen and look through those. You could have as many as 4 or 5 alphabetically organized groups of contacts going down, starting with the one's you have on line, then starting with a again as you go through your off line contacts, the last group hasn't authorized you. When you finally find the contact you want, right click with the numpadd star. Then you have a context menu and delete from contacts is in there. Move through that with the PC cursor and hit enter on delete, and then yes.
