Burning Windows Media Files to CD

I have some Windows Media files which I downloaded from 
www.puretracks.com. Of course, these being licensed files, they want to 
use Windows Media to burn them to CD. But Windows XP keeps insisting 
there's no CD in the drive, when I know there is, and a program like 
CDRWIN will have no trouble with it. Any ideas?
