Hi Folks: I now have the unlocked version of the PDF manual, for what it's worth.
I can ftp the manual somewhere if you like. There is, however, no real advantage to having the unlocked version. I am in communication with the manual producers concerning the proper tagging of their document as well as substituting computer key names instead of their graphical representations.
