Unfortunately, you're probably right.  But that's a pretty bad way to think.
They probably won't ever do anything about it until they get some
complaints.  When I called, the person I talked to said they hadn't gotten
any complaints.  Maybe we all ought to call them individually and lodge some
complaints.  Their number is 866-800-1275.  They're only open during the
daytime until the season starts.  I wish every subscriber they had would
call them about this because nothing's gonna get done until they **Really**
hear about it.
