Total Recorder Question on Setting Bit Rate

   Greetings All!  Just wondering If any of you could help me find the 
setting to set the rate in which total recorder records audio.  I did 
something and the size of my audio files is five times larger..  Thanks for 
Any and All Help.  Sly
