You need to go into Folder Options off the options menu in My Computer, find and edit the file type. In the meantime, you can download by arrowing to the link of the mp3 or ogg, then hitting right mouse button (JFW) or application key (Wiondow-Eyes) and then the letter A for Save Target As.
