Hello,
If Billy uses "save as" dialog in Goldwave, then he can write or browse to
the folder he wants to save the files, but if he uses batch then he should
press ctrl-tab several times until he hear "folder" and then tab to edit 
field
where he can type in the location he wishes, or tab once more to browse
botton and there fined the folder.
