Chris,

Do you still have the CD?  If so, you could use CDEX to rip the two tracks
as a single track by selecting them both and using the option to rip a
section of the CD into either WAV or MP3.

Appreciate this is no good to you if you don't have the CD but thought it
worth mentioning.
