1. Highlight each track, not as a group, but one at a time. 2. With each track, go into properties and tab till you hear the word "2."
3. Replace the 2 with 0.
4. the next tab will say "seconds or frames." It defaults to frames. Leave it there.
5. Tab to okay.
Again, as far as I know you have to perform these steps with each track. There may be something in preferences that instructs Nero to default to no pause, but since I only use the no pause feature occasionally, I haven't actively pursued it.
