In control panel, check your sounds and audio devices. In mine, I have to control-tab once to get to sound schemes. That should come up and tell you what sound scheme you're using. If it says Nosounds, there's your problem. If you know what sound scheme you were using, find that in the list and press enter on it. It has to be selected of course. If it goes back to Nosounds when you start up again, you'll have to repeat this process and then you'll have to return to the sound schemes page and tab until you find the Apply button and hit enter on that. I put it on Nosounds when I want to play music and only listen. _______________________________________________ PC-Audio List Help, Guidelines, Archives and more... http://www.pc-audio.org
