kathy: if you make a folder with the mp3 files in it on windows ecxplorer then you can go to the properties of this folder with the application key and then it will tell you there all the information of the folder including the overall size of the mp3's. hope this helps. stephen

Second, I have a question which may be inappropriate for this list, so please forgive me if it is. I want to burn a bunch of my mp3 music files onto a disk as data; I'm using Windows XP and Jaws 5 point something or other. How can I tell how many mb's I've copied onto the disk I'm going to burn? Besides adding up all the mb's on each folder I intend to copy, is there a way I can find out the total number of mb's so I don't get that annoying message that tells me I have to take some files off my disk before it can be burned? Hope this is appropriate and makes sense! Thanks much!
