Looks like Winamp is putting surround in 2 speakers--i.e. it appears to automatically change speaker settings. Yesterday, I noticed my speaker settings had been set to quadraphonic. I put them back to stereo after experimenting with the latest Winamp 5.1. Well, today, these settings had been changed again and this time they were on 5.1 surround sound. It probably wouldn't work too well if you use 2.1 setups. Unless it's able to use that weird technology that puts surround in two speakers, but how realistic could that really sound.
