Hello there! The bin file there is the image of the dvd disk. If the file is about 4.5 gb then you can burn it directly to a blank dvd. There are many ways to do this. You can use d-tools which is a little program that adds a virtual drive on your computer. You can mount the bin image file and then use nero with regular dvd copy procedures to copy directly to the blank disk. You can also use dvd decryptor if you want to rip the virtual dvd on a folder on your hard drive. This is useful especially if the file is more than 5 gb, in which case you need dvd shrink to compress it to fit on a disk. If you need more information and useful software, go to: http://www.doom9.org Dvd shrink is quite accessible if you know your screen reader well, which I know you do! D-tools is accessible also as is dvd decryptor. If you need more assistance let me know.

I have a dvd here that is a .bin file. While I can play the file just fine with VLC Media Player I don't understand how to store it on a VCD or DVD so that if I put the media in the drive it would start playing. This one doesn't have the .VOB Extention on these files so I don't understand. Oviously it's some kind of video or super video. I tried to work with it using Nero and Nero didn't like it no matter what I tried. I'm certainly convused trying to understand all these new formats and I need some help to figure out how I burn this thing. I realize that this topic is Only for a few people so I'd Kindly ask that if you do know about this topic that you Please drop me Private email. I do have both DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink.
