The following two streams are in The Windows Media format. If I open them
with Windows Media Player, they play fine. But, because (for a reason I
don't understand) they have the file extension of .m3u, if I click on a link
to them, Winamp opens and tries to play them, and usually crashes as a
result. If I change my file associations so that .m3u is associated with
Windows Media Player, rather than Winamp, the problem is resolved. But, of
course, as every other stream I've ever come across with a .m3u extension is
in the Winamp format, I don't want to do this. Does anyone know of any other
way to resolve this conflict (other than trying to convince whoever set up
these streams that he's an idiot)? Thanks.
