Marry; I have nero 6.0 with jaws 5.1 and windows xp home. I also have service pack 2 (if i remember correctly). It works for me. Just make sure that when you go to nero start smart, and click on audio cd or mp3 etc etc, tab until you hear "nero". Press enter and you'll be presented with a much easier to use program, nero burning rom SE.
