Hi all, I have a question about recording streams with total recorder, and that is, that I wish there were a way to start recording at a certain place of either a stream, or an mp3 file, and it seems the only way to do this is with the on board sound, but I tried recording with on board sound, and got nothing, and the way total recorder is set up, a stream can't be running before you start total recorder to record, and I was wondering, if there was a way to change this, or, if there is a program that will automatically convert on the fly to mp3 that will let me do this. I can use mp3 clip, but on my system, it back tracks about a half second from where I pause winamp, so, kind of like a regular cassette recorder, I want to be able to start recording at a particular point. I'm using total recorder 5.2, windows 98 se, 192 megs of ram, window-eyes 5.5 beta2, and a 400 megs processor if any of this information helps.
