That's the version I have. I haven't used it in a long time. Today, I launched it, and it asked for my serial number, which, fortunately, I had. Next it wanted to give me some activation code which required going to the net. No go!! I kept getting "retry" and finally hit Cancel. I think it's because Sonic Foundry no longer exists.
