Aad, What is the problem you've had with Freedb? Is it just that many of your Cds don't seem to be in their database? I've had that problem on a number of occasions. But, almost always, a second or third attempt, after some space of time, will get me a hit on the CD in question. I had that happen just a couple of days ago, with a number of Janis Ian Cds, distributed by her own web site rather than a commercial label. I thought I was going to need sighted assistance to enter all the data manually. but, on the third or fourth try, in the course of an evening, they all got recognized. I don't know why this happens. but, in my experience, patience with Freedb is usually rewarded.
