Hi Ken. I should have explained it better! Tevo is a type of DVR (digital video recorder). I think it's considered software. You can pay so much to use it, or you can buy it outright! Comcast has their own DVR program, and probably Direct TV does, also! Tevo uses a harddrive to record programs. I'm not sure if blind people can use this, but a Friend of mine has Tevo as part of a package with her DVD recorder. I think it's called Humax! I went to their website, and found that you can program your Tevo, and set up your recordings through your computer.
