Well, I fooled around with Limewire sometime last year and got it to work a 
bit. Of course, if you are using JFW, you have to use the Java Access 
Bridge.

Basically, it was a matter of having Jaws anounce all the graphics 
characters and clicking on them to see what happens. It was a long and 
tedious process. I didn't really need to use it, so I left it alone after a 
while. With sighted help, it shouldn't take too long to label the graphics 
characters.
