It is true I have a choice and, as such, will move on, as this company is
not interested in doing things to benefit me. It is unfortunate, as it is a
good program and could be useful. "Time to move on."p

I don't usually reply to much on this list, but I think I'll chip in here
and say that I don't think you have a clue just how complicated it is to
develop an application as complex and sophisticated as SAM.

I've been in the software world for over 25 years, and for a small operation
with one guy doing all the coding, Louis has done about as impressive a job
as I've ever seen.

Small companies don't have the same resources and teams of programmers to
throw at a project - and therefore are almost always limited in how much
effort they can invest in small market segments. And products with huge
potential markets can invest more in targeting niche market groups. SAM,
obviously, will always be a niche market product.

As a small developer, I know how critical it is to make those hard decisions
dividing your time up - and having to do it and judge which things make the
most business sense. As much as I might sympathize with your problem, if I
were calling the shots I wouldn't for a minute consider rewriting the
program for a handful of users.

Bryan & Louis have done an amazing job getting SAM to the point that it is -
and as with any software application, it continues to be a growing and
evolving process.

Just my two cents worth...
