Jingles aren't any different in ZaraRadio than they are anywhere
else--they're simply short MP3 (or WAV or OGG or WMA) files that
contain--well--jingles. The thing is, to get them into ZaraRadio will
take a little bit of doing.

The manual says the quickest and easiest way to do it is to select a
file from the tree view near the bottom of the screen and drag it,
kicking and screaming, to one of the nine jingle cart buttons at the
bottom of the window. I've already explained to you how to select one
of ten sets of nine cart buttons. To assign a file to a button, you
have to use your mouse cursor and locate the aforementioned tree view
of your computer and the files to which it has access. Use that tree
view to select a file you want to assign to a jingle button and drag
it there. How you drag will vary from one screenreader to another.
In JAWS, for instance, use the JAWSCursor to locate and expand the
aforementioned tree view. That's the only way you'll get the PCCursor
to focus in that window. Open the treeview and select the file you
want to assign to a jingle button. Route JAWSCursor to PCCursor and
perform the first half of the JAWS drag and drop command key sequence,
Control + INSEERT + Keypad_* (the JAWS Left Mouse Button). The system
will say "Drag and Drop.". The JAWSCursor is now on. Use the cursor
movement keys to move to the bottom of the window and locate the nine
cart buttons and the window next to each one that either has a
filename in it or says "Empty". Cart buttons are to to the left of
these tiny windows. When you find the graphic corresponding to the
button to which you want the file assigned you are currently clutching
in your computer's little mouse paws, place the JAWSCursor directly on
the graphic symbol and execute the second half of the drag-and-drop
key sequence, Control + Keypad_Insert plus Keypad_*. If all went
well, the system will respond "Dropped," and the filename will appear
in the window to the right of the graphic symbol.

To use the carts, press keyboard keys 1 through 9. You can press the
key a second time and the cart will stop playing immediately. Only
one cart at a time will play.

For my next trick (ha ha), it's events, rotations, sequences, and the
other half-dozen miscellaneous filetypes described in the help file.
