You can get the Real Player at: www.real.com either the free basic player or the one time cost premium player will work. I think that Open MG Jukebox is loaded with Sonic Stage, but if not, you should be able to get a copy through the support pages at: http://www.sonystyle.com/vaio Once you get both of these installed, you need to attached and have your player recognised. That's done throught the "Add device" item in the Tools menu in Real Player. After you have your device configured and recognised, you can load music onto your minidisc player.
