Ok. I'll admit there support is minimal. I may well e-mail them and tell them about this. I once had a dog chew my USB cable. I e-mailed them and asked them where/if i could buy another. They said I could buy another one, but didn't give me the specks. I ended up going to a hardware store (future shop) and have them replace it for me.
Tyler PS: Support is what makes a great product. Since I don't have any problems with this one yet, its not a concern for me yet. But when something goes wrong and I get no help, I will defenetely be upset.
