One thing which is critical in order to get your player to play the 
mp3s in order is to make sure and put numeric references before each track e.g.
01 02 03 04 05,
or, if there are more than 100 tracks, start with 001, 002, 003, 004, etc.
If you use just names, they will play in alpha order beginning with 
uper case, (I think) and then go to lower case, or if you have 
specific characters beginning the track name, including spaces, they 
will play above the alpha ones, characters like the exclamation, etc.
Way late, am I, but this helped my Rio Volt play books on cd in the 
correct order, when I burned them after recording with Sound Forge.
