Alison everyone has been very close where you need to go after pressing f11
is to control tab to volume tab
here is where you choose your record source. You can set your volume level
as wel as what you wil use to record.
the record tab is to decide whether you want the recording voice activated
and whether you want the recording bounded to the time you've selected or
unbounded.
There is also a choice that will allow you to set a time in the future to
automatically record a sound sourceat a given time.
