I found that the commercial tools were clunky at best and they were mouse driven. I recommend the freeware tools called dvd decrypter and dvd shrink. Dvd decrypter will allow you to browse for a folder where you want to decrypt a dvd to your hard drive and dvd shrink is used when you want to burn a dvd and it won't fit on your disc. I've never used dvd shrink myself but both of these tools are freeware. Just search on Google and you'll find them and they are quite speech friendly and easy to work with.
