I haven't bothered because I thought I might have been doing something wrong, however, when I look back on it now and when I had wanted to create a yahoo acount, I called them. And...waited, and waited. I did this for about 15 minutes; and so I resorted to e-mail them. I gave them my phone number, and they told me that they had attempted to call me. The number was correct, so I got a sited person to create me an acount, as it has a graphic varification system.
