hi. I don't use eloquence, so that's not really an issue. I use a dectalk express part of the time, and dec-talk access 32 software speech for most of my time, so there would need to be a way to keep the software speech through the sound card and skype going through the headset. I suppose i could always switch over to dec-talk express.
