Hi folks! Yesterday I purchased a license for Powergramo, which allows you to record skype calls, it's been mentioned on the list before I think. The registration process however, sounds really convoluted and complicated! From what I can tell, you get an e-mail which has a registration code. According to the e-mail though, you have to add their powergramo register agent to your skype contacts, which I have. So far, it hasn't shown up, I'm not sure if it's a human being, or some kind of bot. Either way, it's still pending authorization and the thing hasn't shown up on my contact list yet. So after you do that, you're supposed to take the number you got in the e-mail and paste it into the dialogue box found in powergramo under help/upgrade to pro. Then, somehow, I'm not sure how this works, but somehow, the register agent sees this code, and sends you back *yet* another code via the text chat window through skype and you use that code to register. Are you confused yet? I'm just wondering if anyone has actually successfully registered this program without difficulties? It sounds like an awesome program, but the registration process just sounds like it's a hell of a lot more complicated than it has to be. I've sent the support address an e-mail asking what to do because this skype contact hasn't appeared yet, and supposedly without it, you can't register. So if anyone has actually registered it, I'd be interested to know your experiences.
